Our story

Built by someone who has stood where you're standing

BCS was founded by Clete Ryan after nearly 30 years in tier-one construction and property development. Frustrated by the single-minded approach of traditional lending, he spent those three decades learning what businesses actually need before spending the next five building BCS to provide it, resulting in a lending business with a zero-default track record. He built this business the same way he built projects: understanding the plan before asking about the numbers.
